With more than two decades of experience in the battery and energy-storage industry, Mr. Kapil Sood is the driving force behind Fusion Power Systems and its flagship brand, Amptek.
Since founding Fusion Power Systems in 2005, he has led the company’s evolution from a battery-focused enterprise into a broader energy-storage solutions provider serving electric mobility, solar, telecommunications, industrial and other specialized applications.
His leadership is rooted in a clear belief: technology should solve real-world energy challenges while creating long-term value for customers.
Under his direction, Amptek has focused on building strong capabilities across product development, research and development, manufacturing, quality assurance and customized energy solutions. His emphasis on innovation, customer collaboration and continuous improvement has helped shape Amptek’s approach to an increasingly technology-driven energy market.
Today, Mr. Sood continues to drive the company toward next-generation energy storage, with a strong focus on Lithium-ion technology, sustainable energy solutions and the changing power requirements of a rapidly evolving India.
